What Is This All About?

What is that darn bowling ball with a handle doing up there on the top of this page?   
That bowling ball with a handle is called a Kettlebell.  In fact you might have seen these darn things over at the gym you workout at or possible on television with celebrity trainers not knowing how to actually use this piece of equipment.

A few of the benefits of using Kettlebells:
