About Me

Hey there!  My name is Michael O’Brien and I am an RKC Level I instructor.  


I believe strongly in the use of kettlebells and what they can do for you in terms of strength gains and fat loss.  I found kettlebells 3 years ago after tiring of doing the same old body weight exercises; I wanted to focus on getting strong and lean while lifting 'real' weights.

In fact, I am so passionate about kettlebells that I went out and became a certified kettlebell instructor, an RKC, thru Dragondoor.  An RKC is the most respected kettlebell certification around and I am honored to be a part of such a great community.
